Its immediate and ultimateparent is Fortunate Year Investments Limited, a companyincorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the “BVI”) with limitedliability. Its ultimate controlling party is Mr. Kong Kin I (“Mr.Kong”), who is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer ofthe Company, and Ms. Choi Fong Lan (“Ms. Choi”), the spouseof Mr. Kong. Cricket Squ
