Shun Da School is a qualifiedlevel II driving school established in 2012. Shun Da Schooloffereddriving training services for preparation for DrivingTestsof small manual cars(C1)and Tong Tai School is aqualified level I driving school offered driving training servicesfor preparation for driving tests of both Large Vehicles (A1, A2,A3, B1 and B2) and Small Vehicles (C1). Our driving schoolsoffer extensive driving courses for preparation for driving testsof Large Vehicles and Small Vehicles in order to obtain drivinglicenses. In order to meet different customer needs, our drivingschools offer standard courses and premium courses to ourtrainees. We engage in theprovision of driving training services through our two majoroperating subsidiaries, namely Shun Da School and Tong TaiSchool. Shun Da School is a qualified level II driving schoolestablished and commenced operation in 2012 which offersdrivingtraining services for preparation for driving tests ofSmall Vehicles. Tong Tai School is a qualified level I drivingschool established and commenced operation in 2014 whichoffers driving training services for preparation for driving testsof both Large Vehicles and Small Vehicles. 通泰駕校及順達駕校目前為我們的學員提 供 兩 種 類 型 的 駕 駛 培 訓 課 程，即 標 準課 程 和 高 級 課 程。標 準 課 程 專 為 希 望 完成 部 分 最 低 培 訓 時 間 要 求 的 學 員 而 設計，課 程 費 用 較 低 及 培 訓 時 數 較 少。已註 冊 我 們 標 準 課 程，希 望 滿 足 最 低 培 訓時 間 要 求 的 學 員，如 出 於 其 他 原 因 希 望接 受 進 一 步 培 訓，可 以 按 小 時 計 算 向 相應 學 校 訂 購 額 外 培 訓 服 務。高 級 課 程 為學 員 提 供 駕 駛 培 訓，其 培 訓 時 數 相 當 於駕駛培訓課程中規定的最低培訓時數要求。我 們 的 高 級 課 程 包 括 假 期 及 週 末 課程、經 濟 課 程 及VIP課 程。我 們 的 大 型 車輛VIP課程提供不同的免費配套服務，包括接送服務及╱或住宿服務。 Tong Tai School and Shun Da School are currently offeringtwo types of driving training courses for our trainees, namelystandardcourses and premium courses.Standard coursesare designed for trainees who wish to complete only part ofthe minimum training hours requirements with lower coursefeesand less training hours.Trainees,who have enrolledin our standard courses, wish to fulfil the minimum traininghoursrequirements,or for other reasons wish to havefurthertraining,may subscribe from the respective schoolfor additional training services on an hourly basis. Premiumcoursesoffer to trainees driving training for a number oftraininghours that is equal to the minimum training hoursrequirements specified in the Driving Training Curriculum. Ourpremium courses comprised holidays and weekends courses,economy courses and VIP courses.
