In the first half of 2024, domestic economic development entered anew normal state, and the real estate industry continued to experiencecyclic fluctuation, driving the property industry to accelerate its incomestructure conversion and independent transformation. Under the newsituation, high-quality development replaced single-scale expansion, andcompetitionamong enterprises had shifted to product and servicecapability competition. In facing the challenges of reshaping industryvalue, under the guidance of the strategic objective of stable operation,the Group continued to enhance its core competitiveness by focusingoncustomer needs,adhering to independent development,leanoperation,building a quality foundation and promoting innovation toincrease efficiency to achieve determination in strategies, perseveranceinmanagement and resilience in execution.Thanks to our stableperformance, in the first half of 2024, the Group was selected as oneof the “Top 100 Property Management Services Enterprises in the PRCin2024”as awarded by China Index Academy for the 11thconsecutive year, with its ranking refreshed to the 20th place. 2024202411202420 Marching forward independently to cement asplendid new chapter with soaring aspirations 2024CBD TheGroup has always adhered to independent development andmaintained the growth momentum of its core business. In the first halfof 2024, the Group secured its project completion and continued tofacilitate its market strategy of “penetrating into the Yangtze River Deltaregion and having a business presence in key cities nationwide”. Duringthe Reporting Period, the Group entered the Tianjin market for the firsttime and further fortified and increased its market share in key regionstorealize in-depth business development.The Group achievedoutstandingperformance in developing the third-party market byfocusingon non-residential areas and further diversifying itsmanagement operations.
