It is well-known that traditional food culture was built under the developments of the whole so-ciety. Therefore, the flavor of traditional food has already became part of our cultural identity, and on the other hand, also a sense of identity to our nativeland. If one is asked to tell about the flavor of his childhood, he might answer it’s the flavor of home. And what is the flavor of home specifically? One ofthe answers must be “memories”, which considered to be sweet, delightful and unforgettable. 创始人邓倩和庞博，餐饮行业经验超10年，2016年末正式筹备“ 阿嬷手作”，历时1年时间，于2018年阿嬷手作正式开业，至今有20家门店，分布于广西、深圳、上海。阿嬷手作是首家以现场手作为主的茶饮店，做品质、讲究的奶茶是我们所坚持的理念，我们始终坚信，奶茶，也可以很讲究。 With more than 10 years working experience in catering industry, deng qian and pang bo, founders of ah ma handmade, first started the preparation of buildingour brand in late 2016. The whole preparation time had lasted around a year and ultimately ah ma handmade were officially open for business in 2018. As of today,we already set up 20 stores which are respectively located in guangxi zhuang autonomous region, shanghai and shenzhen. Ah ma handmade is the very first milktea shop that focuses on making on-spot drinks.
