Under the new situation of significantchanges in supply and demand, the market landscape andenterprise landscape continued to encounter adjustments. In thelong run, the scale of real estate market will still amount to RMB10 trillion, and there will still be structural opportunities in differentcities for different demands. Meanwhile, the direction of exploringnew development models in the industry become clear gradually,and real estate enterprises should seize the market opportunitiesand take the initiative to adapt to the new situations, therebyachieving high-quality development with a balanced structure ofasset-light and asset-heavy business.
