Headquartered in Hefeiand deeply rooted in Anhui Province, the Grouphad established its presence in the Yangtze RiverDelta. Since the establishment of its predecessor,Anhui Sanxun Investment Group Co., Ltd., in 2004,the Group has been strategically focusing on thereal estate market in Anhui Province. It activelyexpanded cities located in the Yangtze River Deltaand expanded its operation from core prefecture-level cities to county-level cities in the AnhuiProvince. It also successfully expanded into the realestate markets of Shandong and Jiangsu provincessince 2018. The Group was successfully listed on the MainBoard of The Stock Exchange of Hong KongLimited (the “Stock Exchange”) (Stock Code:6611) by way of the global offering (as defined in theprospectus of the Company dated 30 June 2021(the “Prospectus”)) on 19 July 2021.
