Over the past three decades, it rapidlyestablished an extensive international operating platform anddistribution network that extended to a total of 519 storesworldwide. Among these, the Group operated 168 directlymanaged stores in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, mainlandChina and Singapore. The market has gradually returned to normaland our customer traffic of stores has continued to improve after the Covid-19 pandemic. The retail market inmainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR showed positive signs. However, the global economy continuesto face challenges such as inflation and high interest rates, leading to an increase in the cost of living andshifts in consumption patterns, thereby dampening consumer spending. These challenges are impacting bothconsumption and the business landscape of retail sectors. Report of the directors董 事 會 報 告 書Despite the challenges ahead, we remained committed to the rebranding process, focusing on the developmentof the “bossini.X” brand as our core initiative. We also undertook significant restructuring of our products andsales channels. In order to fully optimise and upgrade our offerings and focus our resources on attracting moreenergetic young consumers, we have integrated sports outerwear and light outdoor design with professionalsports technology materials, while also incorporating fashionable cycling culture into the design. Additionally,we have strengthened internal training, improved sales skills, and aimed to increase both conversion ratesand spending per customer.
