With a focus onoperation, we are always vigorous in creating brand value, pursuingsteady operation and aligning to “Healthy Practice（健康操作）”,with an aim to evolve into an enterprise boasting “Integrity（品格）”,“Brand（品牌）” and “Taste（品味）”. 2023年為疫情後經濟復甦的第一年，民眾的消費習慣與觀念發生轉變，這既是對企業經營的挑戰，也包含著新的增長機會。本集團在疫情期間展出無比韌性，靠著經驗豐富的經營 團 隊、穩 健 的 獲 利 模 式 與 風 險 控 管 機 制，不斷優化組織營運結構，妥善因應市場變動所帶來的系統性風險；自2020年疫情爆發以來，本 集 團 收 益 年 複 合 增 長 率 達7.9%，其 中飲品年收益複合增長率更是達12.3%。 In 2023, the first year of post-pandemic economic recovery,consumption habits and concepts of the general public evolved,posingchallenges to business operation as well as newopportunities for growth. The Group demonstrated unparalleledresilience during the pandemic. Leveraging on its experiencedmanagementteam,robust profit-making model and riskmanagement mechanism, the Group has continuously optimisedits organisational and operational structure to properly cope withthe systemic risks brought about by market fluctuations. Since theoutbreak of the pandemic in 2020, the Group’s revenue has beengrowing at a compound annual growth rate of 7.9%, in which thecompound annual growth rate of the beverages even reached12.3%. In 2023, the Group’s revenue continued to set another recordhigh, reaching RMB28,591.3 million, representing an increase of1.2% over last year, and post-tax profits amounted to RMB1,667.1
