CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF COMPREHENSIVEINCOME Chairman’s Statement Dear Shareholders, On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to present the annual report of K CashCorporation Limited and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2023. K Cash THE LISTING The Shares of our Company were successfully listed on the Main Board ofthe Stock Exchange on 5 December 2023. The Listing was a recognitionof our Group’s past contributions in its business growth and marked animportant milestone in our Group’s history.
