Our financial performance has been solid this year, withasphalt tanker chartering services providing stable revenue. The demand for asphalt tanker services remains robust, underpinnedby continued investments in infrastructure development across theglobe. Our strategic focus on maintaining a modern, efficient fleet haspositioned us well to capitalize on the opportunities that have arisenfrom these market conditions. 2023XYMG Noble202431 In late 2023, we are committed to dispose of the remaining bulk carrier,XYMG Noble, and the transaction was completed on 1 March 2024.This enables us to enhance the working capital position and furtherstrengthen the liquidity, and also allows us to focus on our core asphalttanker chartering business. Our Group will continuously review theprevailing market conditions of the shipping industry and optimize ourfleet profile as appropriate. In response to environmental concerns and regulatory changes, wehave taken proactive steps to upgrade our fleet, ensuring compliancewith the latest emissions standards. We are also exploring alternativefuel options and investing in technologies to enhance the operationalefficiency of our vessels, thereby reducing our environmental footprint. Looking ahead, the market for asphalt tanker chartering is set tocontinue its growth trajectory, driven by the ongoing need forinfrastructure maintenance and development worldwide. However, weare mindful of potential challenges, including environmentalregulations, geopolitical tensions, and economic fluctuations thatcould impact the industry.
