Property management have been integrated intograss-roots governance, community pension, old community renovationand smart property construction. From the central government tolocal governments, a series of new policies and measures have beenlaunched, which has promoted the healthy and rapid development ofthe property management industry. However, the upstream real estateindustry continued to be under pressure, the competition in the stockmarket has become increasingly fierce, and the growth rate of the overallmanagement scale has declined. 2023
