TheCompany and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are principally engagedin the operation and management of department stores and propertydevelopment in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). The sharesof the Company were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchangeof Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) on 5 May 2008 (the“Listing Date”). 本集團自成立以來，以獨有的「零售+商業地產」模式迅速崛起，並在全國範圍內實現規模化 複 製 擴 張。本 集 團 以 低 成 本 拿 地 鋪 路，實體零售商業反哺，打造核心業務互補互助的生態閉環。 With a unique operation model of “retail + commercial property”, theGroup has been growing rapidly since its establishment, and hasachieved scale expansion across the country by duplicating this model.Supported by lands acquired at low costs, the Group uses its physicalretail to nurture property, building a closed ecological cycle in which itscore business supplements and supports each other. 自1997年第一家門店深圳東門店開業以來，本集團歷經20多年潛心發展及審慎佈局，憑藉 自 身 強 大 的 競 爭 力 及 與 時 俱 進 的 改 革 創新，逐 步 夯 實 於 華 南 區 域 的 領 先 地 位，並 深入拓展至中國經濟最發達、發展速度最快的華東、西南、北方區域腹地市場，成為多個區域內的行業龍頭。截至2023年12月31日，本集團擁有門店數達49家，總建築面積約3.1百萬平方米，其中自有物業面積佔比達78.1%，覆蓋的重點城市包括廣東深圳和珠海；四川成都、南充和綿陽；重慶；江蘇無錫、揚州、泰州、南京和淮安；山東淄博、萊蕪和菏澤；河北秦皇島和保定；遼寧瀋陽和錦州；山西太原；以及內蒙古呼和浩特和包頭。 Since Shenzhen Dongmen store, the first store of the Group, opened in1997, the Group has been concentrating on development and carefulplanning for over 20 years, and leveraging its strong competitivenessand reform and innovation keeping pace with times, the leading positionof the Group in Southern China has been strengthened step by step.The Group has also further expanded into the most developed marketswith the fastest growth rate in Eastern China, Southwestern China andNorthern China, becoming the industry leader in numbers of regions. Asat 31 December 2023, the Group had 49 stores with total gross floorarea of approximately 3.1 million sq.m., of which self-owned propertiesaccounted for 78.1% in gross floor area.
