The FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) has made a decision regarding an employment-related dispute between Roland Andras Ugrai, a Hungarian player, and Pendikspor Futbol A.Ş., a Turkish club. The DRC ruled that the club must pay Ugrai a bonus of 50,000 euros for promoting to the Super League at the end of the season. The bonus payment was to be made within 30 days of the league's registration, pro-rated based on the number of official league matches played by Ugrai. Ugrai terminated the contract on February 2, 2023, and filed a claim with the FIFA DRC on March 20, 2023, for outstanding remuneration and compensation for breach of contract without just cause. The DRC granted Ugrai the requested compensation on July 10, 2023.
