In terms ofindustry sectors, the value-added of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries amounted toRMB8,975.5billion,RMB48,258.9 billion andRMB68,823.8 billion, representing year-on-yeargrowth of 4.1%, 4.7% and 5.8%, respectively.On a quarterly basis, the GDP grew by 4.5%,6.3%, 4.9% and 5.2% year-on-year in the first,second, third and fourth quarter, respectively.
