MARKET OVERVIEW 20235.2% In 2023, though facing new challenges and complex internationalcircumstances,the Chinese economy achieved a 5.2%growthrate,which was mainly supported by a substantial increase ininternalconsumption.Meanwhile,the real estate market hascontinued to experience a downward trend, mainly contributed byinsufficient demand and variable risks in difference areas. Thoughmany industry easing policies were introduced by various localgovernmentto stimulate demand,sales remained sluggish formost regions. BUSINESS REVIEW 2023 T h o u g hf a c i n g d i f f i c u l t m a r k e t e n v i r o n m e n t u n s e e n i ndecades,the Group devoted its very effort for stable growth,prudentinvestments,financial stability,costs reduction andsustainable development. Through tool-based and standardizeddecision-making systems, project investments, engineering, saleslaunchand delivery processes were streamlined to enhanceoperationsefficiencies.“Cashflow is King”is the core andutmost important principle to adhere to for the Group.
