The road torecovery for the retail trade was fraught with difficulties and challenges.Consideringthe uncertain retail environment,the Group focused ondevelopingits wholesale business during the Review Period,but theperformance of the wholesale business was still poor. 儘 管 自 二 零 二 三 年 第 一 季 度 取 消 旅 遊 限 制 以來 赴 港 旅 遊 持 續 復 甦，但 由 於 全 球 經 濟 不 明朗，零 售 業 的 表 現 不 如 預 期。零 售 業 的 復 甦 之路 充 滿 困 難 及 挑 戰。鑒 於 零 售 環 境 尚 不 確 定，本 集 團 於 回 顧 期 間 專 注 於 發 展 批 發 業 務，惟批發業務的表現仍舊欠佳。 貿 易 業 務 方 面，本 集 團 銷 售 的 主 要 產 品 包 括尿 素、複 合 肥、煤 炭、粗 甘 油 及 葡 萄 糖，尿 素用 途 大 致 可 分 為 農 業、工 業 及 車 用 用 途。於回 顧 期 間，由 於 原 材 料 價 格 回 歸 合 理 區 間，肥 料 價 格 亦 呈 下 跌 趨 勢。同 時，市 場 需 求 低 於預 期，國 際 肥 料 價 格 下 跌，國 內 肥 料 市 場 整 體略 為 疲 弱。然 而，由 於 銷 售 團 隊 在 多 元 化 發 展客 戶 基 礎 上 持 續 發 力，本 集 團 肥 料 貿 易 量 於回 顧 期 間 實 現 穩 定 增 長，貿 易 業 務 收 入 輕 微增長。 As for the trading business, the major products sold by the Group includeurea,compound fertiliser,coal,crude glycerine and glucose and theapplication of urea can be broadly divided into agricultural, industrial andvehicle uses.
