The Rules Governing theListing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the“Listing Rules”) require the preparation of a report on interim financialinformation to be in compliance with the relevant provisions thereofand Hong Kong Accounting Standard 34Interim Financial Reporting(“HKAS 34”) issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified PublicAccountants (the “HKICPA”). The directors are responsible for thepreparation and presentation of this interim financial information inaccordance with HKAS 34. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on this interim financialinformation based on our review and to report our conclusion solely toyou, as a body, in accordance with our agreed terms of engagement,and for no other purpose.
