We believe that a long-terminvestment perspective is a critical enabler of value creation. Theintegration of industry, technology and financial capital has becomean irresistible trend, which is propelling new industrial revolutions.Our mission is to identify great companies and enhance theirperformance through providing patient capital and strong support tothe excellent management teams. We leverage our capital strength to invest in targeted companies. Ourinvestment strategy is comprised of three pillars, namely core-holding-centered private equity, portfolio management as well as trading andothers, with returns generated from interests, dividends and capitalappreciation. INVESTMENT REVIEW Investment Activities From the beginning of this year, downward pressure on China’seconomy still exists. The continued decline in the RMB exchange rateand the weak performance of the capital markets in mainland Chinaand Hong Kong have brought certain challenges to our investmentbusiness and post-investment management. Confronted by thecomplex macro environment, Wealthink AI has relied on its flexibilityto make adjustment on its investment strategy by increasing the fixed-income investments and interest investment in portfolio managementcategory to create more stable returns for the Group. In addition,under the complex and ever-changing economic situation, we are alsostriving to identify certain industrial trends and fix our attention to theemerging technology fields while continuing to strengthen strategicexecution in the technology field.
