He graduated from PrinceAlfred College in Australia and is a director of Aik San Realty Limited,Fu Hop Investment Company Limited and Good Earning InvestmentCompany Limited. He is the son of the late Mr. Chung Ming Fai andbrother of Mr. Chung Wai Shu, Robert. Mr. Chung was appointed asthe Chairman of the Company on 31 May 2023. He resigned as theCompany Secretary on the same day. 曾安業先生，52歲，自2015年4月起出任本公司執行董事。曾先生為周大福企業有限公司行政總裁及執行董事、有線寬頻通訊有限公司副主席兼執行董事、聯合醫務集團有限公司執行董事，以及佐丹奴國際有限公司及澳門博彩控股有限公司非執行董事。曾先生曾為綠心集團有限公司及綜合環保集團有限公司非執行董事。該等公司均為香港聯交所上市公司。曾先生亦為周大福慈善基金有限公司理事，以及周大福企業社會方案有限公司創辦人及董事。曾先生擁有美國紐約哥倫比亞大學哥倫比亞學院的經濟學學士學位。 Mr. Tsang On Yip, Patrick, aged 52, was appointed as ExecutiveDirector of the Company in April 2015. He is the Chief ExecutiveOfficer and executive director of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited,the vice-chairman and executive director of i-CABLE CommunicationsLimited, an executive director of UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited,and a non-executive director of Giordano International Limited andSJM Holdings Limited. Mr. Tsang was a non-executive director ofGreenheart Group Limited and Integrated Waste Solutions GroupHoldings Limited, all being companies listed on the Hong Kong StockExchange. Mr. Tsang is also a governor of Chow Tai Fook CharityFoundation, and the founder and director of CTFE Social Solutions.Mr. Tsang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics fromColumbia College of Columbia University in New York, USA. 劉皓之先生，47歲，自2019年5月24日起獲委任為曾安業先生之替任董事。劉先生為周大福企業有限公司高級副總裁。彼於二零二二年五月二十四日起出任綠心集團有限公司非執行董事。彼亦為上海交易所上市公司雲南景谷林業股份有限公司之董事。劉先生在企業融資、房地產及私募投資方面擁有二十年的經驗。在加入周大福企業有限公司 之 前 ， 彼 為Pinnacle Real Estate CapitalPartners Limited之 聯 合 始 創 人 及 董 事 總 經理，以及Aetos Capital LLC主管中國地區收購事務之董事。劉先生亦曾任職於雷曼兄弟亞洲有限公司之環球房地產和投資銀行部門。彼持有英國牛津大學工程碩士學位。 Mr. Kenneth Lau, aged 47, was appointed as the alternate directorto Mr. Tsang On Yip, Patrick since 24 May 2019. He is the managingprincipal of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited. He has been a non-executive Director of the Company of Greenheart Group Limited since24 May 2022. He is also a director of Yunnan Jinggu Forestry Co.,Ltd., being a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Mr.Lau has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, real estate andprivate equity investments. Prior to joining Chow Tai Fook EnterprisesLimited, he was the co-founder and managing director at PinnacleReal Estate Capital Partners Limited and the director in charge ofChina acquisitions at Aetos Capital LLC.
