Driven by favourable policies, and superimposedon the previous market demand backlog release and other factors,during the first quarter the market saw a minor rebound market inthe hot spot city, and the industry was led into a weak recovery, butwith the previous backlog of demand release completed, the demandquickly declined and the relevant policies were not as strong asexpected, the overall market failed to continue the warming trend.Residents’ weak income expectations, strong expectations of fallinghouse prices, and homebuyers’ worries about the poor performance ofthe property completion are still the key to the problem. 148.16,882 Due to factors such as the macroeconomic environment, the downturnin the real estate industry and the still tight financing environment,the Company’s contract sales fell sharply during the Reporting Period,and only completed RMB148.1 million and the contract sales area ofapproximately 6,882 square meters. Revenue during the Reporting Period was approximately RMB1,136.9million, representing a decrease of 4.7% compared with the sameperiod in 2022. Gross profit in the first half of 2023 was approximatelyRMB130.2 million, representing a decrease of 34.1% compared withthe same period in 2022.
