(the“Company”) and itssubsidiaries (collectively, the“Group”), striving to be a leadingglobal eco-development solutions provider, was principally engagedin the development, investment, operation and management ofpower plants and other clean energy projects. 發電站項目 Power Plant Projects 本集團加快清潔能源規模化擴充的發展步伐，積極通過自主開發及併購拓展太陽能、風力及水力發電業務的管理規模，同時也不斷提升對清潔能源發電業務的管理水平。於二零二三年六 月 三 十 日，本 集 團 擁 有113個（二 零 二 二 年十 二 月 三 十 一 日：105個）太 陽 能 發 電 站、21個（二零二二年十二月三十一日：20個）風力發電站及26個（二零二二年十二月三十一日：無）水 力 發 電 站， 總 併 網 裝 機 容 量 約6,809.80兆瓦（「兆瓦」）（二零二二年十二月三十一日：約5,603.44兆瓦）。於二零二三年六月三十日，除一個風力發電站位於越南外，本集團其餘發電站均位於中華人民共和國（「中國」）。於本期間，本集團於中國的發電站遍佈在24個（二零二二年十二月三十一日：23個）不同省份。此外，於二零二三年六月三十日，本集團通過聯營公司持有2個（二零二二年十二月三十一日：2個）太陽能發電站、3個（二零二二年十二月三十一日：1個）風力發電站及2個（二零二二年十二月三十一日：無）水力發電站，併網裝機容量合共約887.30兆瓦（二零二二年十二月三十一日：約223.80兆瓦）。 The Group has accelerated the pace of scale expansion developmentof clean energy by actively expanding the management scale of thesolar power, wind power and hydropower businesses through self-development and mergers and acquisitions, as well as continuouslyimproving the management of its clean energy power business. As at30 June 2023, the Group had 113 (31 December 2022: 105) solarpower plants, 21 (31 December 2022: 20) wind power plants and26 (31 December 2022: Nil) hydropower plants with aggregate grid-connected installed capacity of approximately 6,809.80 megawatts(“MW”) (31 December 2022: approximately 5,603.44MW). As at 30June 2023, except for one wind power plant located in Vietnam, therest of the power plants of the Group were in the People’s Republicof China (“PRC”). The Group has well-diversifi
