On 19 April 2021, CCNL was included as a constituent in the Hang Seng Property Service and Management Index.We are the largest property management service provider in central China region (being a geographical region that covers the central area of China, including the provinces of Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shanxi and Anhui) by total gross floor area (“GFA”) under management as at 30 June 2023 and total revenue for the year ended 30 June 2023.
