Business Review 本集團是電子製造服務（「EMS」）供應商，在 中 國 提 供 印 製 電 路 板 組 裝（「PCBA」）裝 配 及 生 產 的 全 面 服 務，業 務 範 圍 包 括研 究 及 設 計、挑 選 及 採 購 原 材 料、裝 配PCBA、質量控制、測試、物流及售後服務。 The Group is an electronic manufacturing services (the“EMS”) provider offering comprehensive assemblingand production services of printed circuit boardassembly (the “PCBAs”) in the PRC that integrateresearch and design, selection and procurement ofraw materials, assembling of PCBAs, quality control,testing, logistics and after sales services. 自二零二二年下半年起，本集團與第三方業務夥伴合作，開拓金融科技業務。然而，作為金融科技及保險相關市場的新入行者，本集團正面臨在中國擁有自有網上平台的大型保險集團的激烈競爭，難以擴大客戶規模，金融科技業務的發展較預期緩慢。 The Group tapped into the financial technologybusiness with the cooperation of third-party businesspartner since the second half year of 2022. However,being a new entrant to the fintech and insurance-related market, the Group is facing keen competitionfrom large insurance groups with their own onlineplatforms in the PRC and find it difficult to expand thecustomer scale, and the development of the financialtechnology business was slower than expected. 二 零 二 三 年 上 半 年，COVID-19控 制 解 除後，中國經濟逐步回暖。然而，由於外部環境仍存在諸多不確定性，如持續的地緣政治緊張局勢、貿易衝突及宏觀經濟政策等，經濟復甦速度低於預期。由於經濟前景不明朗，消費者在消費方面變得更加謹慎。 During the first half of 2023, China’s economy graduallyrebounded after the COVID-19 control restrictions werelifted.
