Corporate Profile Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Company Limited (theCompany” or “ZMJ) was incorporated in the People s Republic of China (the PRC) on28 December 2008 as a joint stock company with limited liability. The Companys A shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 3 August 2010.The Companys H shares were listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) on 5 December 2012. The Company is a leading comprehensive coal mining and excavating equipment manufacturer in the PRC. It focuses on the manufacturing and sales ofhydraulic roof supports, and is the largest hydraulic roof support manufacturer in the PRC. The Company is also engaged, through its subsidiaries, in theresearch and development, manufacturing and sale of and servicing for auto parts, as well as the trading of steel and other raw materials.
