Coupledwith the rapid rise of smart watches in the market, the popularity of mid-priced branded watches has waned. Although the Group had implementedvarious marketing strategies to boost sales, our retail shops still recordedcontinuous losses. In order to navigate through this challenging businessenvironment, we are actively restructuring our retail business model. Wedeterminedly closed three underperforming shops upon expiry of the rentalagreements during the Year. The Group temporarily closed all retail shops inNovember 2022 as the business performance of watches retail business wasseverely affected. 自 二 零 二 零 年 初COVID-19疫 情 爆 發 以 來，疫情 已 為 本 集 團 的 腕 錶 零 售 業 務 帶 來 前 所 未 有的 挑 戰。加 上 智 能 手 錶 在 市 場 上 的 快 速 崛 起，中 價 位 品 牌 手 錶 的 受 歡 迎 程 度 經 已 減 弱。儘管 本 集 團 已 實 施 多 項 營 銷 策 略 以 促 進 銷 情，惟 旗 下 零 售 店 鋪 仍 持 續 錄
