With learnt experience, technicalknow-howtogether with stringent quality control andestablished procedures, our management team applies theirabilities to resolve different and increasingly complex issueson construction projects, succeed in building credibility andtrusts of our existing and new customers. We continualto gain the co-operations and support of our clients andbusiness partners who have been working with us over theyears. 因 應 香 港 這 三 年 受 著2 0 1 9新 冠 病 毒病（「COVID-19」）的 掣 肘，本 集 團 遭受 多 事 的 一 年。隨 著2019冠 狀 病 毒 病（「COVID-19」）於二零二三年三月三十一日 止 期 間 在 香 港 爆 發，因 我 們 的 部 分員 工 及 工 地 員 工 受 感 染 傳 播 力 強 勁 的Omicron，隔離措施令員工及人手出現短暫短缺令部分項目工作進度減慢。幸好，大流行於下半年情況受控，確診個案回落。 The Group has experienced an eventful year with HongKong suffered under the grip of Coronavirus disease 2019(“COVID-19”) for the 3rd year. With the surge of the fifthwave of Coronavirus disease 2019 (“COVID-19”) in HongKong during the year ended 31 March 2023, as certainstaffand sites operatives were infected by the highlyinfectious Omicron, the progress of some of our constructionprojects have been slowed down due to staff/labour beingquarantined causing temporary manpower shortage anddownturn. Fortunately, the infected cases slowed down in thesecond half of the year, and the pandemic was under control. 年內業績因應一些虧損項目帶來不利影響。這些項目之虧損是由於逾期完成而計提協定及確定損害賠償所致。逾期完成原因為a)惡劣天氣及熱帶氣旋，b)相關方設定不合理的警示而引致不必要的進度延誤，及c)其他公司不能預見及控制的問題。我們正向僱主申請延長完成項目期限，希望他們知道我們已盡我們最大努力與相關方合作以解決所遇到的困難，及明白我們的無助處境。 During the year, the financial result had been adverselyaffected by some loss-making projects. The loss of theseprojects was due to the provision of the liquidated andascertaineddamages for the estimated delay in thecompletion as a result of a) increment weather and tropicalcyclone, b) unnecessary delay to progress as a result of theunreasonable alert alarm set by the relevant parties, and (
