The Grouprecorded an operating profit of approximately HK$13.6 million (31st March2022: approximately HK$30 million). The loss attributable to shareholderswas approximately HK$0.4 million (31st March 2022: profit of approximatelyHK$13.2 million). This represented loss per share of around HK$0.002 (earningper share of around HK$0.066 as at 31st March 2022). The Board has resolvedthat subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming annualgeneral meeting of the Company, a final dividend of HK$0.5 cent per ordinaryshare shall be declared for the Year Under Review, a total of HK$1 million tothe shareholders whose names appeared on the register of members of theCompany on 18th August 2023. The final dividend, if approved, is expected tobe paid on 29th August 2023.
