As the Group moves towards its 30th anniversary, we are caughtin the era of normalized pandemic. In themidst of variable andunstablesubjective elements,we adhered to the operatingphilosophy of “Operating altruistically, Devoting relentless efforts,and Conveying happiness”. We continued to promote impressiveservices,upgraded the membership system comprehensively,provided diverse dining experience by innovating brands, as wellasaccelerated improving takeaway services,enhanced onlinesalespromotion,explored more possibilities of new retail,andcontinued to refine the operation system and employee training,devoting to seize the opportunity of the recovery of dining marketinthe first place under the circumstances of rapidly changingconsuming habits. 1,361.323.2% I’m honored to report now that under the joint efforts of all thepersonnelof the Group,a total revenue of RMB1,361.3 millionwasrecorded as for the year ended 31 December 2021(the“Year”), representing a year-on-year increase of 23.2%. 精 準 營 銷成 市 場 增 長 動 力 PRECISE PROMOTION AS THE MOMENTUM OFMARKET GROWTH 70 Looking back at 2021, through precise positioning of the market,the group enhanced brand effect and market shares percentagethroughpublic realm platform(third party takeaway platforms),whileproactively developing private realm platform,enablingtakeawaybusiness to increase continuously.Meanwhile,theelectronic membership system was comprehensively upgraded inSeptember2021,allowing members to place orders directly tonearbybranches for our delicate and delicious dishes withoutleavingtheir homes.Private realm platforms have strongautonomy, so that we can position dining situations of middle-classfamilies more accurately,build relationships and enhancemembership activities through various promotion and live streamactivities.Up to now,the number of electronic members hasreached over 700,000, which brings a positive market outlook.
