Loss for the Reporting Year was approximately HK$5.45 million (2020: profit of approximately HK$142.17 million), representing a decrease of approximately 103.83% as compared with that for the Prior Year. Total comprehensive income for the Reporting Year was approximately HK$46.54 million (2020:
