(collectively with its subsidiaries, “MasTec,” or the “Company”) is a leading North American infrastructure engineering andconstruction company focused primarily on engineering, building, installation, maintenance and upgrade of communications, energy and utility andother infrastructure, such as: wireless, wireline/fiber; power delivery infrastructure, including transmission, distribution, grid hardening andmodernization, environmental planning and compliance; power generation infrastructure, primarily from clean energy and renewable sources;pipeline infrastructure, including for natural gas, water and carbon capture sequestration pipelines and pipeline integrity services; heavy civil andindustrial infrastructure, including the construction and maintenance of buildings, roads, bridges, rail, water/sewer systems and other civilinfrastructure, including data center infrastructure; and environmental remediation services.
