OPERATING RESULTS The Group is principally engaged in the leasing of the oil and liquefiedchemical terminal, together with its storage and logistics facilities (the “Portand Storage Facilities”), and the provision of agency services for tradingof oil and liquefied chemical products in the People’s Republic of China(the “PRC”), the trading of electronic products in the PRC (the “Tradingof Electronic Products”), and the provision of technology platform-basedservices to institutional funding partners and asset-side of customer creditin the PRC (the “Technology Platform-Based Services”). The Group’s revenue ismainly contributed from (i) the rental income generated fromthe leasing of the Port and Storage Facilities of approximatelyHK$152 million (2025: HK$151 million); (ii) the agency income fortrading of oil and liquefied chemical products of approximatelyHK$3 million (2025: Nil); (iii) the Trading of Electronic Products ofapproximately HK$1 million (2025: HK$1 million); and (iv) the serviceincomes generated from the Technology Platform-Based Services ofapproximately HK$244 million (2025: Nil).
