Various factors, such as geopolitical tensions, restrictive monetarypolicies, and inflationary pressures, all contributed to the slowdown in globalOn behalf of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), I hereby presentthe annual results of Fujikon Industrial Holdings Limited (the“Company”) and its subsidiaries (“Fujikon” or the “Group”) for theyear ended 31 March 2026 (the “Review Year”). In a year markedby heightened uncertainty and rapid change, the Group remainedfocused on disciplined execution, operational resilience and theshrewd advancement of priorities that support Fujikon’s longer-termdevelopment. During the Review Year, the operating environment remained difficult.Persistent trade tensions and policy uncertainty, compounded bythe conflict in the Middle East, contributed to higher energy prices,increased financial market volatility and softer consumer sentiment.Against this backdrop of moderating global growth, Fujikon’sperformance was inevitably affected. In response, the Group remainedfocused on maintaining operational flexibility, exercised discipline inresource allocation and adopted a measured approach towards businessdevelopment in order to preserve its long-term competitiveness. Correspondingly, the Group continued to work with leading globalcustomers through innovation-led partnerships. In particular,we advanced a co-development arrangement with a renownedEuropean brand with strong standing in the music industry. The firstco-developed product entered production during the Review Year,while a second remains under development. As the brand continuesto expand its market presence, Fujikon is applying its expertise inon-ear noise-cancelling earphones to support product developmentand to strengthen the basis for ongoing cooperation. In parallel, theGroup has been engaged in co-developing flagship headphones fora Japan-based telecom and e-commerce conglomerate, establishinga foundation for potentially more collaborations in the future. Theseinitiatives reflect the Group’s continued efforts to maintain customerrelevance while pursuing development opportunities in a selective anddisciplined manner. We also continued refining our product portfolio, growing the Group’sfootprint in niche markets that offer longer life cycles and greaterbusiness visibility. This is reflected in our continued progress in theautomotive, gaming and Call Centre & Office (“CC&O”) segments.For example, the Group has established a development plan with aleading automotive customer that includes a pipeline of projects overthe next two years. While the contribution from these projects willdepend on the pace of implementation and market conditions, thisengagement supports the Group’s efforts to strengthen its positionin an increasingly important segment.
