The joint forces of these factors drove the growthrecorded in the Group’s sourcing and sale of metal mineralsand related industrial raw materials business during the Year. 另一方面，本年度本集團生產及銷售工業用產品業務的業績有所改善，逐步緩解了二零二五年的下 滑 勢 頭。吸 取 以 往 的 經 驗，本 集 團 於 本 年 度 主動且及時地調整了其採購與庫存策略，以有效降低 供 應 鏈 風 險，成 功 保 障 了 工 業 用 產 品 毛 利 率，促使該業務板塊與去年相比重回盈利軌道，並對本 集 團 於 本 年 度 的 整 體 財 務 狀 況 帶 來 了 正 面 貢獻。 On the other hand, the performance of the Group’s productionand sale of industrial products business improved duringthe Year, gradually alleviating the downward momentumexperienced in 2025. Drawing on past experience, the Groupproactively and timely adjusted its procurement and inventorystrategies during the Year to effectively mitigate supply chainrisks. This successfully safeguarded the gross profit margins ofthe industrial products, steered this business segment backonto a profitable track as compared to the previous year, andmade a positive contribution to the Group’s overall financialposition for the Year. 本 集 團 管 理 層 會 繼 續 不 時 檢 討 其 營 運 表 現 及 效率，以進一步改善其為本公司股東帶來的回報。 The management of the Group will continue to review itsoperating performance and efficiency from time to timeto further improve the returns it brings to the Company’sshareholders. 前景 PROSPECTS 二零二六年，儘管全球貿易環境仍面臨結構性調整與地緣政治的複雜挑戰，但宏觀經濟大局正逐步 步 入 溫 和 復 甦 的 軌 道。內 地 市 場 方 面，鋼 鐵 需求跌幅已明顯收窄，同時基建及製造業的持續投入 為 市 場 消 費 提 供 了 堅 實 支 撐。從 結 構 上 看，先進 煉 鋼 技 術 的 普 及 提 升 了 冶 金 級 鐵 錳 的 消 耗 強度，加之全球主要錳礦山擁有者主動採取理性控產措施
