(i)(ii)(iii) The Group is principally engaged in (i) the provision of foundation(includingthe construction of mini-piles,rock-socketed steelH-piles and driven steel H piles) and other civil works (including siteformation works, and road and pavement works) and tunnelingworks (including pipe jacking, hand dig tunnel and cut-and-covertunnelworks)in Hong Kong,(ii)premises revitalisation andenhancement business in the PRC and (iii) health and environmentalinnovations business. The Group has also invested in an associate for the purpose of thedevelopment of the Birmingham Property Project. The BirminghamProperty Project consists of 304 residential apartments situated atthe Windmill Street, Birmingham, the United Kingdom. As at 31March 2026, about 96.4% of the apartments have been sold. Profit attributable to owners ofCompany amounted to HK$30.0 million representing a decreaseof 24.7% as compared to that in the 2025 Corresponding Year.Earnings per share was HK$0.06 for the 2026 Financial Yearcomparing with HK$0.08 for the 2025 Corresponding Year. TheGroup maintains a healthy financial position with net current assetsof HK$222.6 million and net cash position at the financial year end.
