Revenue and profitability improved,supportedby structural demand in public housing andinfrastructure projects. Three major projects – the Lantau Islandtransport development, Yuen Long South and Yuen Long LongBin public housing projects – contributed significantly to theGroup’s results. 本集團在上一財政年度扭虧為盈後取得穩健發展。受惠於公營房屋及基建項目的結構性需求，集團收入及盈利能力均有所改善。三大項目（即大嶼山交通發展項目、元朗南及元朗朗邊公營房屋項目）貢獻本集團相當大部分業績。 Our strategy of focusing on the public sector has enhancedbusinessstability and strengthened cash flow management.We believe demand in the public sector will continue to grow,sustaining our prospects in the medium to long term. 我們專注於公營板塊的策略提升了業務穩定性並強化了現金流量管理。我們相信，公營板塊的需求將持續增長，支撐我們中長期的發展前景。 TheChief Executive’s Policy Address outlined ambitiousdevelopmentplans to accelerate housing and land supply,establish a third Central Business District, and transform HongKong into an international innovation and technology hub.
