As at 28 February 2026, the Group’s schools coveredvarious regions of China, cumulatively cultivating over 500,000 high-qualityapplied and technical talents for the society. I would like to extend my heartfeltthanks to all shareholders for your enduring trust in and unwavering support forChina New Higher Education Group! 27 Over the past 27 years, China New Higher Education Group has remaineddedicated to higher vocational education, upholding the educational philosophyof “strengthening morality through education, teaching students in accordancewith their aptitude, studying for the sake of application”, and championing thecore values of “student-oriented, contributor-based and adherence to long-termism”. With the organizational mission of “enabling every student to achievecareer success and life fulfillment”, the Group is committed to “building the moststudent-oriented university with a century-long vision”. We adhere to the pathof high-quality development and strive to make new contributions on the newjourney toward building a strong education nation. Over the past six months, the Group has made solid progress across all frontswith remarkable results. Our institutional strength, graduate employmentquality, teaching outcomes, and campus quality have all improved in tandem,while our core competitiveness has continued to strengthen. Overall, theGroup has maintained steady progress in overall development, with continuousimprovements in quality. Next, I will report on the Group’s high-qualitydevelopment from the following four perspectives. 27 First, we have achieved a historic breakthrough in educational level, as GuizhouSchool has been officially upgraded to a vocational undergraduate university.Following formal approval from the MOE, Guizhou Technology and BusinessInstitute* () has been officially upgraded and establishedas Guizhou Vocational University of Industry and Commerce* (). Guizhou Vocational University of Industry and Commerce* () is currently the only private vocational undergraduate institutionin Guizhou Province, and more notably, it is the first vocational undergraduateuniversity in the country to fully implement small-class teaching. This representsa milestone achievement for the Group after 27 years of deep engagementin vocationa
