The Trust was created to own royalty interests for the benefit of Trust unitholders and thebusiness and affairs of the Trust are managed by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee.Accordingly, the Trust has no principal executive officer, principal financial officer, board of directors or personsperforming similar functions.
