Introduction ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THESE REGULATIONS These Governance Regulations are issued by the FIFA Council based on the FIFA Statutesand set out FIFA’s general principles concerning its structure, internal organisation ARTICLE 2: IMPLEMENTATION These Governance Regulations shall be adhered to and implemented by the FIFAadministration,therelevantFIFAbodiesandallofficialsasfurthersetoutherein.
