Significant Accounting Policies and Recent Accounting Pronouncements Note 1: Significant Accounting Policies Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited interim financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with accountingprinciples generally accepted in the United States of America, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and ExchangeCommission. Certain information and footnote disclosures have been omitted pursuant to such rules and regulations. In the opinionof management, the accompanying financial statements include normal recurring adjustments that are necessary for a fairpresentation of the results for the interim periods presented. These financial statements should be read in conjunction with ouraudited financial statements and notes thereto for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 included in our Annual Report on Form10-K. The results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2026 are not necessarily indicative of results to be expectedfor the full fiscal year or any other periods.
