(the “Company”) is a global leader in advertising technology. The Company’s platform empowers ad buyers tocreate, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across ad formats, channels and devices. The platform’s depth, artificial intelligence(“AI”) capabilities and rich ecosystem of inventory, publisher and data partner integrations enable superior reach and decisioning for clients. Inaddition to the primary capabilities provided by its self-service platform, the Company’s enterprise application programming interfaces(“APIs”) equip its clients with the ability to customize and expand platform functionality. The Company was originally incorporated in November 2009 and is a Nevada corporation.
