Description of Business Huron is a global professional services firm that collaborates with organizations to help solve their most complexchallenges and achieve their most ambitious goals. We provide our services and products and manage our business under three operating segments - Healthcare, Education,and Commercial - which aligns our business by industry. The Commercial segment includes all industries outside ofhealthcare and education, including, but not limited to, financial services, industrials and manufacturing, energy andutilities, and the public sector. We also provide revenue reporting across two principal capabilities: i) Consulting andManaged Services and ii) Digital, which are methods by which we deliver our services and products. Basis of Presentation and Significant Accounting Policies The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements reflect the financial position, results of operations, andcash flows as of and for the three months ended March31, 2026 and 2025. These financial statements have beenprepared in accordance with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and
