V.The proposal of profit distribution for the reporting period deliberated and approved by theBoard of Directors USI intends to distribute a dividend of RMB4.30yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares on the basis ofthe total share capital on the registration date of equity distribution minus the number of shares in itsspecial repurchase account, without giving bonus shares or capitalizing capital reserves.If there arechanges in the Company’s total share capital or in the number of shares held in the Company’s designatedrepurchase account prior to the equity registration date for the implementation of the profit distribution,the cash dividend per share to be distributed shall remain unchanged, and the total distribution amountshall be adjusted accordingly. The Company's Profit Distribution Plan for 2025was deliberated and approved at theTwenty-thirdMeeting of the Sixth Session of the Board of Directors of the Company, and it still needs to be deliberatedat the Company's 2025Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
