We had the privilege of serving more than 315,000 patients and theirfamilies and completing over 2.5 million infusion events. This remarkable accomplishmentwas only possible because of the dedication of our more than 8,000 team members,including more than 5,000 clinicians. Option Care Healthis the largest indepen-dent provider of infusion therapy in thenation. For the past 45+ years, we havedelivered cutting-edge infusion therapies,nursing support and seamless transitionalcare for patients of all ages in their homesor from one of more than 190 locationsincluding over 25 sites with advancedpractitioner capabilitiesek^hr_ekcls`opeq`p. As a result of these collective efforts, we ended the year with strong financial performance.We achieved 13% net revenue growth, generated $258 million in operating cash flow, anddeployed more than $460 million toward capital expenditures, acquisitions, and sharerepurchases to support long term value for our stockholders. Beyond our financial achievements, we advanced key strategic priorities and delivered thefollowing notable accomplishments: • Acquired and integrated Intramed Plus in the first half of the year, and the business andfinancial performance have exceeded our expectations. Through our long-term partnerships withpayers, biopharmaceutical manufacturers,healthcare systems, physicians and otherreferral sources, we deliver infusiontherapies and services across a wide rangeof acute and chronic conditions. However,the relationships that truly drive ourcommitment to clinical excellence are thosebetween our team of more than 5,000clinicians and the patients they serve. • Capitalized on competitive disruption, strengthening our position in acute with year-over-year revenue growth in the mid-teens. • Drove strong nursing efficiency through leveraging our Ambulatory Infusion Suites andincreasing our Naven nursing utilization, creating additional capacity for growth. We alsocontinued to invest in our Infusion Clinic infrastructure, and we now have over 25 locationswith Advanced Practitioner capabilities. • Invested in our infrastructure by opening new infusion suites and pharmacies. We nowhave more than 190 facilities with over 750 chairs nationwide. We also continued ourinvestment in advanced technology to unlock efficiency and effectiveness. • Strengthened partnerships with managed care organizations, with additional focus on oursite of care programs. We aim to leverage our capabilities to provide quality clinicalsupport, while helping manage the total cost of care. • Expanded our relationships with our pharma partners, including our enhanced service anddata insight programs. We are privileged to operate over 20 enhanced programs in serviceto pharma manufacturers and expect to continue to scale these programs in addition toadding more. In addition, we know our greatest strength is our people, and we invest significantly in theirtraining, development and growth.
