In the design process, we should explore enough possibilities to compli-cate many things, then simplify a complex mess of things, find real problemsand think about solutions. It is the research stage that we often mentionnow, such as user research, requirement definition, background research,competition analysis and so on. 第三层次：智 智，是我们通常说的独立思考和创造性思维。设计过程中要把许多事情复杂化探索足够多的可能性，再把复杂的一团乱麻的事情简单化，发现真实的问题并思考解决方案。是我们现在经常提到的研究阶段，比如用户研究，需求定义，背景研究、竞争分析等等。 The fourth level is Tao.
