火箭DNA有限公司关于ASX公告及增长动力的讨论

发⾔⼈ 1 00:00:02 With Rocket DNA, today's session is deliberately focused on last week's ASX announcementand what sits behind it. That update was definitely about new contracts, customer expansion 发⾔⼈ 1 00:00:22 So today is about making sure we understand and everyone understands the shape of themomentum we're seeing and how we framed last week's announcement and why expansionmatters more than first wins. I'm joined by as always by Chris Clark, our managing director 发⾔⼈ 1 00:00:42 And we're very happy to take any questions, but we'll keep the discussion if we can centeredon the announcement and then trajectory it reflects. We've definitely received a number ofquestions and I'll try and get to those that focus on the announcement. But if you have further 发⾔⼈ 2 00:01:05 Thanks, Mark, and good morning to everyone. Really great to I guess have this opportunityagain just to sort of guess recap and instead of coming off last week's announcement as well. sort of reflecting back at twenty five and so the year that we've really sort of had, you know, it 发⾔⼈ 2 00:01:27 You know, twenty four and previous sort of years was really about validating the product andthe solution, and this year was really about that scalability, you know, focusing on the basics, 发⾔⼈ 2 00:01:47 So you've got to be really careful and really sure about how you implement these systems inthe right settings in, you know, in a very structured manner and then deploy them. And this is 发⾔⼈ 2 00:02:05 And at Rocket, we've really just been focused about having this disciplined approach that hasnow been reflected in customer repeat orders that have come through. So yeah, we really 发⾔⼈ 1 00:02:26 Thank you. Obviously, we are reflecting on that announcement last week and a lot of workwent into sort of bringing that conglomerate of contracts and customers together. What 发⾔⼈ 2 00:02:37 Yeah, thanks, Mark. I think the, you know, building on the again, that repeatability. Socustomers really just having their confidence and saying, look, this has now become part of 发⾔⼈ 2 00:02:55 So I think what's the sort of the first of things is to understand is again, these are all. They'renow becoming a lot more longer term. A lot of them are coming out of trial phases, which 发⾔⼈ 2 00:03:08 And now with the BHP order coming along twelve months straight out of the bat. So again, alot of confidence coming through the repeat orders, a bit of a mix and a blend of new and 发⾔⼈ 2 00:03:27 Because when we kind of look at these systems and these deployments, it's not just aboutscaling horizontally and deploying more hardware systems across to more sites, even withinexisting customers or new customers, but also scaling vertically in the number of applications 发⾔⼈ 1 00:03:54 One thing we did announce last week was our first deployment into BHP Western AustralianIron Ore. We've obviously had BHP Mitsubishi alliance. part of the BHP group, but why does 发⾔⼈ 2 00:04:04 Yeah, it's a really important one for us, Mark, because I think with any sort of Tier one, gettinginto their operations is it takes a long time. It's really hard. And so not only has got to be thebusiness and a value case before these Tier ones bring you into the fold, but they've got to 发⾔⼈ 2 00:04:42 It's customers and especially Tier ones are leaning more into automation and these kind ofsolutions and Rocket being really sort of big part of that and with drones having a very, veryimmediate ROI within the factor. It's for them it's about going coming in and saying look, we 发⾔⼈ 2 00:05:09 It makes it really easy for us. What this sort of allows us to do is that not only expand on theexisting rollout that we've had across other BHP sites in coal and copper and now into iron what we've also identified is a really big unmet demand in the software and the geospatial 发⾔⼈ 2 00:05:39 Right now, these users are only getting really expensive other engineering or CAD platforms, which where they're spending millions of dollars in software licensing. But there's a whole 发⾔⼈ 2 00:06:00 What we all expected. And then on the back of that, the ability to consume or digest that data, there's no tools that exist for them. And so that's where we've spent a lot of our time andrecently even brought on a new head of product to really focus on these opportunities. 发⾔⼈ 2 00:06:20 We just want to make sure that we're speaking directly to taking opportunities that we have, especially within BMA, BHP, but to say look, we're coming for you, whatever you want, we'regoing to be going very hard at this and making sure that we fill this void of unmet demand There's got one hundred drones flying there just in their single pit, you know, that'soperating. They say, look, it's an accident waiting to happen. How do we standardize, bring in 发⾔⼈ 1 00:07:12 It's quite a good link because we are seeing some green shoots out of South Africa, somethingthat obviously we're quite excited about. The contract with Asmang is certain
