Certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in financialstatements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) have been omittedpursuant to such SEC rules and regulations. These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction withthe audited consolidated annual financial statements as of and for the year ended December31, 2024, and notes thereto included in theCompany’s latest Annual Report on Form10-K filed with the SEC on February21, 2025. The Company is subject to seasonality in its quarterly results as net sales and operating income are higher in the second half of thecalendar year as compared to the first half of the calendar year. The fourth quarter is typically the highest seasonal quarter for cash flows fromoperating activities and Free Cash Flow due to the reduction of working capital requirements that reach peak levels during the third quarter.Seasonality is driven by increased catalogs and retail inserts primarily due to back-to-school and holiday-related advertising and promotions.The Company expects seasonality impacts to continue in future years.
