STOCK CODE 2182 2182 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS BUSINESS REVIEW AEO The Group operates its business through three segments, namelyintegrated plastic solutions segment, electronic cigarette (the“e-cigarettes”) products segment and medical consumable productssegment. The integrated plastic solutions segment engages in moulddesign and fabrication services as well as plastic component design andmanufacturing services. The e-cigarettes products segment engagesin the manufacturing and sales of e-cigarettes products. The Group ’smedical consumable products segment engages in the manufacturingand sales of medical devices products and disposable face masksproducts. The Group distributes our products within the domesticmarket and to overseas markets, including Europe, Asia and the UnitedStates (the “U.S.”). The Group has also obtained the Authorised EconomicOperator (“AEO”) Certificate issued by the China Customs, which couldimprove the operational efficiency of the Group. 202520256 3020256 30 During the first half of 2025, the business environment continued toface challenges from ongoing global economic uncertainties, persistentinflationary pressures, cautious consumer spending behavior, and theimpact of tariffs imposed by the U.S.. Consequently, consumer demandand order volumes remained affected. Despite these challenges, theGroup recorded a moderate increase in overall sales during the sixmonths ended 30 June 2025. However, loss after tax increased duringthe period as taxation expenses incurred for the six months ended30 June 2025. In response to these external factors and the volatilemarket conditions, the Group maintained its focus on long-term growthby investing in research and development. A dedicated research anddevelopment centre was established in our Shenzhen office to developnew products for the integrated plastic solutions segment and advancecore e-cigarette technologies, including atomization and coil innovations,reinforcing our commitment to technological leadership. 2025630254.211.6%2024630227.748.2202463040.719.0%202463017.9% During the six months ended 30 June 2025, the Group’s total revenueamounted to approximately HK$254.2 million, representing an increaseof approximately 11.6% compared to the same period last year(30June 2024: HK$227.7million).
