INTERIM DIVIDEND 2025 The Board has resolved not to declare any interim dividend forthe 2025 Interim. MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OVERVIEW 2025 During the first half of 2025, the live-streaming e-commerceindustry accelerated its transition from traffic competition tocapability competition. Platform algorithms continued favoringvertical content, while the health food sector demonstratedstrong resilience. Consumer demand for product innovation andscenario-specific adaptation became increasingly prominent.Confrontingthe dual challenges of stratified consumptiondemand and elevated supply chain costs, the Group focused ondeepening supply chain capabilities and incubating its self-ownedbrand ecosystem to establish foundations for long-term valuegrowth. BUSINESS REVIEW At the supply chain level, we prioritized building a resilient andcollaborative industrial network. Through systematic integrationof premium manufacturing resources with emphasis on food andbeverage categories, we established flexible supply capabilitiesenablingrapid response to market demands.Although thisstrategic framework has not yet reached full profit-conversionphase, it laid solid groundwork for
