(the “Company”) is pleased to present the unauditedinterim condensed consolidated financial information of the Companyand its subsidiaries (together, the “Group”, “we” or “us”) for the six monthsended 30 June 2025 (the “Period under Review”). The interim condensedconsolidated financial information is unaudited but has been reviewedby the audit committee of the Board (the “Audit Committee”) andPricewaterhouseCoopers, the independent auditor of the Company, incompliance with Hong Kong Standard on Review Engagements 2410“Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the IndependentAuditor of the Entity” issued by the Hong Kong Institute of CertifiedPublic Accountants. 經濟環境分析 ANALYSIS ON ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT 2025年 上 半 年 中 華 人 民 共 和 國（「中 國」）生產總值（「GDP」）同比增長5.3%，社會消費品零售總額同比增長5.0%。中國政府延續「消費促進年」政策導向，各項宏觀政策繼續發力 顯 效，促 進 消 費 潛 力 釋 放，消 費 市 場 平穩 向 好。消 費 對 經 濟 增 長 的 貢 獻 率 進 一 步提 升，市 場 信 心 穩 步 復 甦，折 射 出 中 國 經濟的強大韌性。 In the first half of 2025, the gross domestic product (“GDP”) of thePeople’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”) recorded a year-on-year increase of 5.3% and total retail sales of consumer goods increasedby 5.0% year-on-year. With the continuation of the “Consumption-Promoting Year（消費促進年）” initiative by the PRC government,macroeconomic policies remained robust and supportive, driving theunleashing of consumption potential and contributing to the steadyand favourable development of the consumer market.
