The Group is awet trades contractor in Hong Kong and construction subcontractorin Cambodia. The wet trades works performed by the Group mainlyincluded plastering, tile laying, brick laying, floor screeding andmarble works.As Hong Kong’s property market continued to face weak demandand declining sentiment for the year ended 31 March 2025, theGroup, as a wet trades contractor, encountered growing operationaland financial pressures. First, to remain competitive and sustainproject pipelines, the Group was compelled to tender contracts atlow gross profit margins.
